It's an Awesome August at RMS

School started just a few weeks ago and before we knew it we were off and running. It was important to us to kick off this school year with enthusiasm and energy, and set the tone for what lies ahead. We organized a huge balloon arch and thanks to RMS administrators who rolled out the red carpet for our star students.

​To treated our amazing RMS faculty to a delicious spread of Chick-fil-A, everyone's favorite, and dessert thanks to a generous donation from Nothing Bundt Cakes in Frisco and Prosper. Additionally, filled the fridge and stocked snacks in the teacher lounge to keep them energized. 

The soaring temperatures called for a cool off. Insert the Snowball Express shaved ice truck. It was a hit! Kids lined up after school to purchase and dress up their snow cone. It was so popular, we're bringing it back in September.

With volleyball season here, we opened up the concessions stand for the first time in a year. Be sure to visit us across from the RMS gym during a game and snack on candy and other treats. Again, all proceeds go to Roach PTA and helping us with our campus improvement goal.

Finally, we can't forget the overwhelming support of our community and those who joined PTA just weeks into the school year.
